Will I receive Order Confirmation?
Yes, you will receive order confirmation to email used to submit order, after order has been placed. Contact us if you did not receive your order confirmation email after checking your spam folder.
Will I receive shipping Tracking?
Once shipped, you will receive tracking number to track your order till it reaches your address.
How to modify or cancel my order?
After an order is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and Change requested. We’ll see whether a change is still possible. We cannot make any changes after order has gone into production
How can I replace defective personalized products?
Please send us an image to show proof of damage within 2 days of delivery. Customized products will be replaced. For customized glassware, only refund will be issued for damaged items.
How can I replace defective non-personalized products?
Please send us an image to show proof of damage within 2 days of delivery. Replacement pieces will be shipped out for free.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns ONLY for non-personalized products. Personalized products can only be replaced, check above to get replacement pieces. Products with unattached custom labels will be considered as personalized products
Contact us to first get authorization to return products and then follow below steps to return products:
> Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
> Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
> Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost.
> Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging with all original paperwork.
> Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.
How to check status of a return?
It can take up to 14 business days for our team to process your refund after we receive your return. If you haven’t heard back from us within this period of time, please contact us and we will be happy to look into your refund.
